What shipping methods do you offer?

Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless specified as Expedited for an additional $15 fee

What is the shipping process?

You can expect your order to be processed within 2-3 business days, afterwards you will receive an email notification.

How long is the shipping time?

  • Ground Advantage will have an estimated arrival of 5-7 days
  • Priority Express will arrive in 2-3 days

What if I need to modify, cancel, or edit my order?

To add items, cancel, or modify your order in any other way please messageinfo@hahamamaclothing.com

Can I exchange my order if it’s not the right fit?

Yes, to begin the exchange process please messageinfo@hahamamaclothing.com. Please tell us your order number, which items you need a new size of and what those sizes are. Next you will get details on how to ship your items back and we will ship your new sizes to you absolutely free!

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a 30 day return policy for unworn and unwashed new items with the tags still attached. You will be responsible for shipping your items back and will not be refunded the initial shipping cost.

Can I change my delivery address?

Not always. If you need to change your delivery address please emailinfo@hahamamaclothing.comas soon as possible. If you have already received a notification about your order being shipped then it may be too late to make any changes. However, please still contactinfo@hahamamaclothing.comand we will do our best to remedy the situation for you.

How do I process a return?

Please send your unworn and unwashed new items with the tags still attached back to HAHA MAMA Clothing PO Box 562, Holmen, WI 54636. Be sure to include your name and order number inside the package.

What happens if my order is late?

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after receiving your email notification you should first double check that the entered shipping address is correct; next contactinfo@hahamamaclothing.com. From there we will open a service request with USPS and update you via email with tracking information.

How do I track my order?

The easiest way to track your order is to copy and paste the tracking information into Google and select “track package”.

Can I return sale items?

No unfortunately not, all sale items are final. We will accept exchanges, but cannot guarantee that the new sizes you need will be in stock.

What if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?

If your package is missing please contact your local post office with your tracking number. HAHA MAMA Clothing is not responsible for any lost merchandise; however we advise you to reach out to our customer service team at info@hahamamaclothing.com . They will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your items.
